The proposal is to change the Future Land Use Map designation from Medium Density Residential (MDR) and Low Density Residential (LDR) to Low-Medium Density Residential (LMDR) with concurrent rezoning request to go from A-2 (Farmland Rural District) to R-2 (Residential Dwelling District) for 5.17 gross acres in order to construct multifamily residences.
