Hosted by experienced mental health professionals from the Orange County Mental Health and Homeless Division, the series provides compassionate, expert-led conversations designed to inform and empower listeners on their mental health journey. Challenges like these can affect anyone. There are several assessments that can help you gain more clarity and understanding about what you are struggling with. Mental Health America’s (MHA) online assessment is a great place to start learning more about how you are feeling.
