Road construction continues along South Binion Road until further notice; please use caution in this area.

To make a reservation, please call the park directly at 407-254-9046 or email MagnoliaCamping@ocfl.net; please include your name, date requested for your pavilion reservation, phone number and the number of people expected to attend your event.

Classes are available at the Eco Education Center!

  • You, your group, class or family can experience the life of a pollinator, investigate the history of Lake Apopka fishing and its fish, discover alligators and their habitat, get to know the birds that live and migrate through Lake Apopka, and take time to understand how sunsets work. Classes include:
    • Life of a Pollinator
    • Lake Apopka Fishing
    • Discover the Alligator
    • Lake Apopka Bird Migration
    • Understanding Sunsets
  • Pre-registration is required. Cost: $2 per class participant (minimum 10 participants).
  • Time slots are 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Tent and RV camping are available at this park.

Boat Ramp Information

On October 20, 2011, Lovell's Landing State Historic Marker was dedicated on the shore of Lake Apopka at Magnolia Park.

On October 19, 2023, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Restoration Road Trip sign was dedicated, honoring Lake Apopka's restoration. Beginning in 2021, the UN designated sites on their global map as destinations worthy of visiting to see effective restoration efforts in person.
