Learning about the aging network has never been easier—or more enjoyable! On the third Thursday of each month, the LIFE seminar series offers practical tips and helpful insights on everything from connecting with community resources to healthy living and staying active.

Join us from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. at the Downtown Orlando Library (101 E. Central Blvd., Orlando) in the Albertson Room on the third floor.

Register for just one session or attend the whole series—call 407-836-7446 or email officeonaging@ocfl.net to sign up.
