The district is financed by a tax increment calculated in accordance with section 30-330 of Orange County Code and F.S. § 163.387. The tax increment is 95%, and the base year is 1990.
January 1, 2021; this is a function of Florida Statutes, which will sunset the special district 30 years after the plan is approved, adopted, or amended. The plan was adopted by the BCC on June 11, 1990.
