Impact Fee Committee

Impact Fee
Committee

The Impact Fee Committee (IFC) was established to guide applicants through the alternative impact fee process. This includes the review process; approval or denial of proposed alternative impact fee methodologies and studies; review of agreements relating to alternative impact fees; overseeing issues related to monitoring, and addressing other impact fee issues.

Orange County Code

Orange County Code states that when “an applicant believes that the cost of off-site roadway improvements needed to serve his proposed development is less than the fee established in Section 23-92, the applicant may, at his own expense, submit an alternative fee calculation to the County Administrator or designee pursuant to the provisions of this section.”

Location

The Impact Fee Committee (IFC) meets the second and fourth Thursdays at 10 a.m. in the first floor conference room of the Public Works building, 4200 South John Young Parkway.

Meeting Agenda

To be placed on an IFC Meeting agenda, the IFC meeting application must be filled out and submitted eight business days prior to the meeting.
