OUR MISSION

The mission of Orange County Citizen Resource and Outreach is to serve as a safety net and promote self-sufficiency for Orange County residents by providing short term assistance to those experiencing a temporary financial crisis, access to benefits for Veterans, supportive housing assistance to the chronically homeless, outreach and education to those experiencing housing challenges as well as to the disabled community, and information and referrals to other resources as needed.
