Commercial Water & Wastewater Bill Calculator

This calculator is designed to estimate only commercial water and wastewater volume and fixed monthly charges based on rates that will be effective October 1, 2026. All other programs, fees, and services will be billed based on the rates effective at the time of billing. (#1) For Water, Irrigation, and Wastewater Meter Fixed Charges, locate the current charge on your bill for each corresponding section and select it from the drop-down in the Meter Fixed Charge boxes. If any section (Water, Irrigation, or Wastewater) does not apply to your bill, leave the box for that section blank. If you have a meter fixed charge on your bill that is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact customer service for estimation assistance. An example of where this charge can be found on your bill is provided below highlighted in yellow.

(#2) For Water, Irrigation, and Wastewater kgals Used, locate the Water Usage box for each corresponding section on your bill. Enter each into the kgals Used boxes to calculate what your bill would look like under the new rate structure. If any section (Water, Irrigation, or Wastewater) does not apply to your bill, leave the box for that section blank. An example of where water usage can be found on your bill is provided below highlighted in yellow.
