• Financial assistance with rent, lot rent, mortgage
• Financial assistance with utilities – electric, gas, water, heating oil

• Legal resident of Orange County
• Have an unforeseen event that is the direct cause of the emergency need
• Insufficient resources to meet emergency need
• Show that one time assistance will solve the problem
• Final eligibility for assistance is determined after all documentation has been submitted and reviewed

• Appointments are made by calling (407) 836-6500 (No Walk-In’s Accepted)
• Appointment lines are open 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Appointments are filled on a first-call, first-serve basis
• Bring all required documents to your interview (list to be provided by scheduler)
